After years of attending and coaching group fitness workouts, we noticed two important things: 1. People were plateauing with the repetitiveness of the same exercises and equipment used in pre-set group classes and 2. People were injuring themselves, pushing their bodies too hard in HIIT workouts without proper recovery practices. This is why we created Attuned Fitness! To offer a total body workout, led by passionate and attentive coaches, with a focus on LISTENING to your body!

When are your group classes?

What do your workouts focus on?
Listening to your body is #1 so be prepared for mobility, conditioning and recovery! Bring a sweat towel, water and a smile!
