Who We Are!

After years of attending and coaching group fitness workouts, we noticed two important things: 1. People were plateauing with the repetitiveness of the same exercises and equipment used in pre-set group classes and 2. People were injuring themselves, pushing their bodies too hard in HIIT workouts without proper recovery practices. This is why we created Attuned Fitness! To offer personalized training, led by passionate and attentive coaches, with a focus on LISTENING to your body!

When are your group classes?

Our schedule is actively growing and we are offering classes throughout the city. At the Kū Mana CrossFit location, we are exclusively on Sundays. Fill out our contact form below!
